Remain flexible in terms of location and still be firmly integrated into a team
As an employee of MEDIAN Flex GmbH, you will work in various MEDIAN facilities (nationwide or regionally limited) for a permanent employer. Compared to many other temporary employment agencies, your assignments are of longer duration (minimum 1 month at the same location). This means that you do not need to constantly familiarise yourself with the team - over time you can build up a diverse network and are firmly integrated into your colleagues at the various locations.
Working closely with patients and in a multi-professional team
With us, you can directly observe your nursing successes as you accompany your patients from admission to discharge. The work processes in our facilities are similar - but no two clinics are the same and you can expect a varied working day. Here, nursing staff work together with therapists and doctors in multi-professional teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible rehabilitation. In the Flexpool team, you will gain a lot of different experiences in a short amount of time and can actively contribute with these at other clinic locations.
More free time through co-determination of the work schedule
With us, you have a large say in the organisation of your work schedule and can organise your working hours individually for the most part. For example, nursing staff have the option of working 10-hour shifts and thus spreading their weekly working hours over just four days. This gives you more free time after your assignment in the clinic, which you can use and enjoy as you wish. We are also happy to adapt to your individual life situation with various part-time models.

Mobility offer
If you wish, you can be given a company car (private and business use based on the 1% rule) or you can charge for the use of your private vehicle using a kilometre allowance. Alternatively, you can of course also use the train. MEDIAN will provide you with a Bahncard 50 for this purpose.
