About MEDIAN
MEDIAN is a modern company with a long tradition in the field of rehabilitation. Since 2011, we have been pooling the expertise of leading rehabilitation clinics in order to continuously improve medical care. With over 120 clinics and facilities in Germany, we focus on knowledge sharing and further development in order to guarantee the highest standard of quality. MEDIAN green
MEDIAN is not only committed to people's health, but also to the protection of nature. A central aspect of our actions is to promote social and ecological awareness in order to act as a sustainable and responsible company.
With the MEDIAN green initiative, we want to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable solutions. MEDIAN is therefore committed to various measures to protect the environment and to continuously review and optimise its sustainability strategy.
Many of our clinics operate combined heat and power plants that generate heat and electricity and use 100% green electricity. Old systems are being replaced by energy-efficient solutions, LEDs are standard and some locations are using electric vehicles. In this way, we are actively contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
MEDIAN Flex
Flexible in terms of location, but firmly integrated into the team. As an employee of MEDIAN Flex GmbH, you will work in various MEDIAN facilities (nationwide or regionally limited) and work for a permanent employer.
Your assignments are of longer duration (minimum 1 month at the same location) compared to many other temporary employment agencies. Therefore you do not need to constantly familiarise yourself with the team - over time you can build up a diverse network and are firmly integrated with your colleagues at various locations.
MEDIAN Academy
The qualification (basic, advanced and further training) of our employees is an indispensable prerequisite for maintaining and further developing the highest quality standards at MEDIAN and continuously improving the quality of patient care. For this reason, the internal MEDIAN Academy offers employees a wide range of training and further education courses. Internal and external speakers organise training courses on over 160 topics every year. This wide range of programmes includes webinars, videos, podcasts and face-to-face events. It represents great added value for employees and enables them to continuously expand their knowledge and skills.
