Luisa Labahn describes her work at the Graal-Müritz rehabilitation clinic as fulfilling and familiar. She has been working as a social worker and now team leader since 2021, where she supports patients in their professional and social reintegration after rehabilitation. It is particularly important to her to provide individual support and motivate patients to open up to new career opportunities and develop positive prospects. She also looks after the relatives of the rehabilitants and works closely with doctors and psychologists to ensure holistic care. She finds her work extremely rewarding, especially when she realises how much of a lasting difference her work makes to people's lives. She particularly appreciates the close team spirit, regular dialogue and networking opportunities within the MEDIAN Group.
