Management-Traineeprogramm bei MEDIAN
The junior managers complete a 24-month management trainee programme with us. The programme takes place within the Group at at least two different clinic locations throughout Germany and at the company headquarters in Berlin. We prepare our trainees for the role of a manager at MEDIAN.
