Kristian Brcic
After an internship in a Berlin restaurant, Kristian Bric was offered an apprenticeship as a chef. This was the start of his career, during which he worked in various restaurants. After a private move to Bavaria, he began working in a sanatorium that later became part of MEDIAN. Today, Mr Brcic is head chef at the MEDIAN Buchberg-Klinik Bad Tölz.
For Kristian Brcic, nutrition is essential for body and mind. Especially in rehab, good food has a significant impact on patients' well-being. Despite the different preferences and expectations of patients, he sees it as his task to offer a healthy and delicious diet with fresh, creative ideas.
